What is Ashvita’s?

Ashvita’s is a fine art and collectibles platform that enables collectors to acquire objects of high quality and rarity.

How many departments are there at Ashvita’s?

Ashvita’s currently has eleven departments, each representing different areas of collecting. These departments can be used to identify core groups of collecting.

How do I register on Ashvita’s?

To register, please visit the ‘Hello, Sign In, Your Orders’ on the top right of the website, after which you will be given an option to register and further instructions.

How will I know when a shop is live and I can purchase objects?

The shops are curated stores that go live for certain time periods. These will be mentioned prior to the opening of a particular store. When the store goes live, the option to buy an item will automatically appear. If a shop is not live, the option to buy will not be usable. A calendar of the dates and times of the shops is available. You can use the ‘Notify Me’ button or ‘Add to Calendar’ feature as a further reminder.

How can I find out the price of an object in the shop?

The shop’s objects all have their prices listed next to their image. If you click on the image you would like to buy, the page will be directed to the main buying page in which the price will be listed. The prices will be listed a few days before the shop opens.

Ashvita’s prices are all transparent. The cost of the object, shipping and packing cost, and all associated taxes are clearly listed to ensure that the customer has a clear idea of the final cost of payment.

Once I make a payment, will I get confirmation of the same?

Yes. An invoice will be made for the item you purchased. This will be available to you at all times in your account. Payments can be made online through our payment gateway.

Will I get a Certificate of Authenticity for the product I purchase?

Yes, Ashvita’s will send you a Certificate of Authenticity a week after the dispatchment of the product. If you require any further documentation, you can get in touch with us at contact@ashvitas.com and we will help you further.

Does Ashvita’s ship internationally?

At the moment, Ashvita’s does not ship internationally.

How will my product be shipped?

Due to the nature, quality and fragility of the objects sold at Ashvita’s, shipping is undertaken with utmost care. Professional packers/ handlers and shipping services are used, based on the nature of the product. Shipping details are also listed on the product page. The customer will be informed at every stage about the shipping details.

How long will it take for my product to be shipped?

Due to the fragile nature of the objects, shipping will take 5-7 days from the date of purchase.

Can I sell items through Ashvita’s?

Ashvita’s is dedicated to creating a streamlined channel for the sale of private art and collectible assets. Please look at ‘How to Sell’ for more details and the process involved to sell an item.

How does Ashvita’s Knowledge Centre work?

The Knowledge Centre is a repository for data, information and insight, that will enable a buyer to make intelligent and enlightened acquisitions. Ashvita’s Knowledge Centre will have a listing of items that have been purchased along with their details and histories. If a customer would like to find out the price an item sold at, they will have to pay a nominal fee.
